I cannot recommend Ahmed enough. He was super friendly, polite and explained everything he was doing. He did the return visit with the parts I needed and there was no further call out charge too. He also has been in contact since to ensure everything is ok. I will be hiring him in the future for any other issues. 10/10

Polite and tidy and have done a good job and reasonable cost

I recently had my fridge repaired by Ahmed, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. They were professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem, explained the issue clearly, and completed the repair efficiently. My fridge has been working perfectly ever since. I was especially impressed by their friendly attitude and commitment to quality. The pricing was fair, and there were no hidden charges. I highly recommend Ahmed to anyone needing appliance repairs. Ahmed was a very helpful technician. Identified the fault with my dryer and fixed it there and then at a reasonable price. I will definitely use him again in the future, should a problem with any of my appliances arise.
