  John was punctual, did a great job and fully explained what the problem was and gave us two alternative solutions. He assured us that a repair would be the best alternative and would save us a lot of money. We appreciated his honesty and were very satisfied with his work.   John was fantastic, booked me in quickly with no fuss. Sorted out my burglar alarm and quoted me for some other things while helpfully letting me know what doesn't need doing - he is not in the business of telling you you need extra work that you don't! Very helpful and would use him again.
