Solar panels/battery installation in September 2023 was excellent, from the first phone call to get initial information and quote to the installation itself everything was as smooth as one can hope for.

The installation team (Ben, Mark and James) were pleasant and knowledgeable ensuring everything was fully working before leaving. James spent time in explaining how the system worked. Initial consultation was good, I got all the info I needed. The Installer James, arrived first and discussed the job and that was fine. The main reason I got the battery because my Tariff expires next year, and I should save some extra money on my utility bills.

Very Happy with the Installation the team were great, beautiful handsome workmen! The office communicated well at all times I had to call them back with a small issue and they worked proactively to resolve it. My emails are always responded to promptly with clear answers. I will definitely recommend Arc One!
