Highly recommended! Archway provided clear information about the work needed, kept us updated, and completed the work professionally and to a high standard. We are very pleased with the results - a new gas boiler, new towel radiators, thermostatic radiator valves, a new fuse box, repairs to pipework and basin, new taps, new internal doors, replacement banister rail and repairs to our staircase. Despite the range of jobs involved, we found the process relatively painless and would happily use Archway again in the future.

Identified the Boiler problem very quickly. Was happy to discuss the pro's and con's to all options and provide estimates and quotes. I never felt at any time was he pushing a hard sell approach. Kudos!

Beware paying Archway Heating and Plumbing Services for inspection. They were fast to come the next day after I posted the announcement and charged me £70 for inspection. On the same day, I paid for inspection and accepted the quote for the work. I ended up chasing them for two weeks. They never booked a date for me (they were aware that I had 8 weeks to get the job done) and finally replied that their other commitments "take precedence" over my problem. When I requested to refund the inspection fee, they refused.

Posted our job as an emergency (one toilet at home and leaking from the cistern) - Archway Heating and Plumbing responded to the job quickly and were able to provide a sensible and competitive price. They arranged to attend the following day and confirmed the work and pro e which was carried out professionally and with all mess cleaned up and then away. Nothing was too much trouble and we are so pleased with having the problem sorted so quickly.
