  I recently had an EPC assessment and certification carried out by ARCH PROPERTY CONSULTANCY , and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The entire process was smooth, quick, and highly efficient from start to finish. The EPC assessor arrived on time and was extremely professional throughout the visit. He was humble, polite, took the time to patiently answer all my questions, making sure I fully understood the process and the results. everything was handled with care and clarity. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the high level of service .highly recommend them.
