  I would highly recommend Chintan. He is without doubt the most professional and honest person I have dealt with. He carried out an EPC assessment for my property in Kew, Richmond. He was amazing from start to finish. Do not hesitate. Book him for your EPC!

  I recently had an EPC assessment and certification carried out by ARCH PROPERTY CONSULTANCY , and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The entire process was smooth, quick, and highly efficient from start to finish. The EPC assessor arrived on time and was extremely professional throughout the visit.
