We have used Archers for some years now, so can comment with absolute certainty on the service we have received. The response to calls for help are swift and we always get our jobs sorted within a reasonable time. Matt is an excellent gas engineer and plumber. He diagnoses problems quickly and completes the job cleanly and with great efficiency. We particularly like how he explains how things work, so what he does is clear to us (with no idea of boilers or plumbing!). We cannot recommend Archers highly enough - and we hope to continue to use them for many more years to come!

My heating did not come on automatically and the pressure was down. Three fault codes were showing. The engineer turned up the next day to assess the problem and re-set the system. Meanwhile it was decided to do a full service and then a gas valve was detected as faulty. This needed replacing and was done within a few days. All work was done efficiently and as promptly as possible with follow up calls to see if everything was okay. Always a cheerful helpful attitude.

Used these guy to help fix a problem with our shower. They were quick to get back to me, great communication. Matt did a great job at diagnosing the problem. I will defo be using them again in the future.
