Highly recommend Jake and the team. We recently had our house repointed with lime mortar and I was extremely impressed with the level of service from the first visit, right through to the completion of the work. Jake was very knowledgeable and they did an excellent job. We were delighted with the final result. Also worth mentioned that they worked extremely hard as well, even putting in hours on the Saturday and Sunday (during a heatwave!) to get the job completed. Excellent. Don’t keep looking, you’ve found the right people to hire.

Jake (founder/owner) is extremely responsive, communicative, clear and is a great personality to deal with to ensure we understood the schedule of works, expectations and what would be delivered inline with our budget. We had a number of very tricky hurdles to navigate due to the building being in receivership, however, Jake supported us from start to finish. Regarding the works, the team arrived on time, everyone was very collaborative and the team went the extra mile to provide us with the best outcome. I would highly recommend Archer Brick & Stone!

The job was to complete some spot pointing and resealing in various locations around the house - all of which was done properly and to a good standard. Were happy to fix a few other bits here and there too as part of the job. Also came back to fix an unrelated problem quickly and promptly so would definitely recommend, great communication and a reliable business. Also cleaned up properly after the job was complete too.

I would highly recommend Jake and his team if you need your house pointing. Our neighbours and friends have said how great the house looks. Jake was flexible to fit in with our busy schedule. He and his men came every day, on time. It was November and it was freezing. They came every day and did a through job of cleaning up after themselves daily. They organised the scaffolding, so we didn't have to. They gave us a really competitive price and I am a happy customer. I would highly recommend Jake to anyone needing a job done well.

Jake and his team were brilliant from start to finish. The job was explained at the quote stage, the quote arrived promptly and the work was performed to a super high standard. The site was kept tidy during the work, at the end of the day and then when the job was finished. The bricks used were a brilliant match to the Edwardian originals and I would have no hesitation in using Jake again / recommending him. Thank you and see you again!!
