  Absolutely fantastic work, extremely helpful and honest. They gave a quote in advance and kept to it which is not always the case with others. I also asked a million questions which he was more than happy to answer, giving genuinely helpful advice on how I can save on my energy bills as well which is above and beyond what we asked for. We will absolutely use Arc Heating and Plumbing again for other services and would recommend them to anybody. 10/10 Service!

  Martin serviced my Combi boiler. He arrived on time and wore over-covers on his shoes even though I said he didn't need to bother. He was professional and personable, and carried out the work in a quick and efficient manner. The cost was reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend Martin, and will indeed be requesting his services again in the future.

  Martin turned up when he said he would and was a pleasure to deal with. Very clean and careful and explained thoroughly on what was done and even gave advice on how to make my home more energy efficient which was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again.

  Boiler needed fixing

  Needed an emergency call out, managed to get to my property the same day and earlier than expected which is perfect during the winter. Very friendly and professional. Managed to get my heating up and running with no issues.

  Refit gas cooker after kitchen refit

  Martin was very pleasant to deal with, he came out on a Saturday morning and arrived when he said he would. It was very respectful of my home and applied shoe covers. Not many tradesman do this so was a big plus for me. The job was quite awkward but he got it done for Mexico he explained what work he had done, showed me and sent me my certification before he left. Martin was very professional and I am very pleased with the work he carried out. Would highly recommend! Thank you ☺️
