Alan was very efficient and friendly from. the beginning. He promptly offered to come by and show us samples of the floor so we could choose the best one for us. after choosing the type of laminate we wanted, he made an appointment for the installation for the next week. The whole process was very quick and easy. Alan was comunicative the whole time. He showed up on time on the day and service was finished in less than 4 hours (we were changing only one room). This company was just so nice! They carpet they advised me to have is just what I wanted and the fitting is perfect. It’s a small family business and Alan is so knowledgeable.
