  Excellent electrical services

  Excellent service in every way. High quality electrical work at a fair price. The administration staff, Amy and Monica were very helpful, friendly and efficient. The electrician we had was Leon, who was superb in focusing on the tasks in a knowledgeable, careful and methodical way. Communication was clear and explanations very useful. It’s a superb team and they will be our first choice for electrical work in the future!

  Reliable family Electrical company - covers all over London!

  Arc Electrical installed my home EV charger and also replaced smoke alarms and a few other electrical jobs. They were super professional, very tidy (which is v. rare in my experience!) and reasonably priced. I find you get what you pay for with trades and electrical work is not something you ever want to scrimp on! Would definitely recommend them for residential and commercial stuff - and they cover all over London! 5 stars!

  Faulty immersion heater wiring

  Tony and Amy were great at getting me sorted with an appointment quickly. Liam and Josh showed up perfectly on time and did a great job sorting some faulty wiring (especially as I wasn’t sure initially what the electrical issue was) Kept me informed the whole time and we’re very thorough. Also very friendly guys! Would happily have them back for any future work.

  Installation of an EV charger followed by home circuit fix

  The team was really polite and efficient. We agreed on the best spot to install the charger and they got to work. They were considerate of us and of the neighbours and did the job in the timeframe. Really pleased with the outcome. The office team were also really helpful. Another electrician had to come back to sort out another issue and they were extremely professional, keeping us posted throughout. Would use again and very happy to recommend the whole team.

  Linda and team very helpful with quoting and arranging. Electricians arrived promptly. Respectful of my flat and carried out the work with care and efficiency. Will use them again for sure.
