Brett from ARC was professional and efficient throughout. He arrived early each day and worked diligently to complete the job ahead of schedule. He took great care to protect the surrounding areas while carrying out the brickwork and handled all rubble responsibly. The site was kept clean and tidy throughout, and he left everything spotless once the job was done. I’d happily recommend ARC and would definitely use Brett again in the future

Brett from ARC Building has been outstanding. He has replaced (and totally rebuilt) a very leaky roof and sky light windows, and replastered the whole room. The build was done on time, to a really high standard. There were complications along the way that he sorted out without a fuss, and, goodness he works hard. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Brett has been brilliant throughout the work he did for us. From the moment we met, he was clear and efficient: he gave us a no-nonsense quote, keeping the cost down but not sacrificing on quality. He paid attention to details and was always willing to be flexible if I changed my mind. He was very helpful and went the extra mile when asked. He was very meticulous and never left the house without having tidied everything away. He has a great sense of humour and took any curve ball (as you're bound to get in an older building) in his stride. I wholeheartedly recommend his services!

Brett knocked through an internal wall into our garage and fitted a door for us. His work is excellent and we are very pleased. He went over and above and nothing was too much trouble. Just as important, he turned up when he said he would and kept me in the loop throughout. We will definitely use him again and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

After doing another job for us, Brett quoted for a garage conversion. The work was carried out to a very high standard with deadline more than met as he completed the work well within the time frame quoted. Considering he did pretty much everything himself we are very pleased with time scales and the finish. He even came back and helped with a couple of other little bits around the house once finished. We are very happy and have already recommended his services to family and friends who also need various work doing.

Really happy with the communication, quick to respond and visit then provide a quote. Happy to answer my million and one questions, and provided really good advice on next steps with regards to decorating when asked. Work performed quickly and to a really good standard. Already lining up the next project and excited to work with him again.
