  New front door & rear garage door

  Very responsive especially when I couldn’t decide on the colour! Slight defect in the garage window. Which he reported straight away to his supplier. Replacement ordered & fitted with no fuss.

  Door lock mechanism jammed

  The door wasn’t locking and hence a security issue. ARB windows arrived on the day I rang and sorted the problem very quickly. When I asked how much I owed, I was advised that the work was not chargeable, even though they had made the journey and spent probably half an hour fixing it. In today’s world that is very rare! Thank you ARB Windows

  Window & door fitting

  ARB are just the pinnacle of window and door fitting! Adam & Chance were professional, super considerate, organised, great to have around, nothing was any bother. Their professionalism on advising for changing the windows was superb. Their timing was spot on, and the experience was a game changer in having major work done, by experts.

  Fast window repair!

  What a joy to find a reliable tradesman, who responds quickly, turns up on time and provides a fast and professional service. I needed an emergency repair on a double glazing unit and Adam responded instantly to my request on Chekatrade. He managed to fit in a visit within hours to assess the damage and to my surprise he was able to fix the problem on the spot, as he carried all the nescessary spares & tools. His price was fair and his workmanship was quick and to an exceptional standard. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

  Repair and service non-closable Double Glazed window

  ARB’s van parked opposite my house as I returned from shop pin and I asked Adam to see if it could be repaired. He inspected it immediately and quoted an acceptable cost soon afterwards. 2 weeks later Adam removed, dismantled, repaired, cleaned and serviced the open/close/lock mechanism, fitted new parts as needed, thoroughly cleaned the glass and left the area spotless. We had interesting conversations while he worked - and I would definitely commend ARB to anyone needing similar work at a reasonable cost.

  Replacement of three doors

  I don't usually write reviews but I just had to on this occasion. I can't speak more highly about Adam and his apprentice. My mum needed replacement doors. I dread choosing people to carry out work because things can go wrong. So I looked at Checkatrade for companies in our area and came across ARB Windows Ltd. After reading their 100% reviews I asked them to come and quote. I am glad I did. They carried out an absolutely incredible job. They were kind, respectful and their work is exceptional. We are very happy and will certainly use them again and recommend them in the future.
