The finishing of the plastering is slightly rough and uneven. there are lumps of plaster that were spilt onto the walls which were left but the real problem is that they pulled out an old aluminium duct (from a previous boiler) without permission and sold or gave it to the skip delivery driver who took it away in front of me. The removal of this duct caused a leak on the roof where the duct was connected. Despite several requests from myself to the builders they have failed to fix the leak. I have had to use emergency bathroom service as the service because kitchen ceiling was not available.

We recently had Tony and Conrad come to re-do an absolute mess of a downstairs toilet after seeing the quality of a project he completed for a family member. Really impressed by Tony's knowledge and experience from the outset outlining the different options available to me. They came on time daily and kept me updated re progress. They tidied up each day after themselves and were also personable also keeping my children entertained.

Tony s team carried out an excellent refit of my elderly mother’s bathroom - stripping out bath and installing a walk in shower with grip bars and in shower seat to aid mobility. Highly considerate of elderly persons needs, tidy, punctual, excellent workmanship. Can not recommend highly enough!

Tony and Conrad recently completed a significant amount of renovation work in my home. From the first meeting with Tony I was made to feel at ease. Tony provided me with a printed quote of all of the jobs he would be completing. Throughout the job they arrived early, were friendly, approachable, helpful and polite at all times. Even with the amount of mess they would always ensure my home was left tidy. Tony and Conrad are back soon to start renovations downstairs. Their standard of work and communication is exceptional. I would highly recommend AR Building to everyone.

Tony and Conrad have been fantastic in giving us a new bathroom From day one Tony was really friendly and knowledgeable and gave great advice and quoted us on what to do with the space and problems we had with damp. He even took time out to meet us at the showroom to advise us on what would fit in our space. Conrad has done a amazing job in transforming this space for us He arrived punctual / early every morning and communicated everything throughout the entire job has been done with minimal noise and mess and of very little disruption this work has been life changing would recommend to all

Tony and his team are like a breath of fresh air, and I would highly recommend them. My bathroom has had a wonderful transformation due to Tony and his team. Tony helped me through the whole process of design and choice of bathroom suite. They turned up everyday on time and kept the work area very tidy and clean. Everything was clearly explained to us, and we felt they went the extra mile when necessary. As I said we would highly recommend them and have already recommended them to others.
