  Cutting Back Neighbour’s Overhanging Tree

  I had a tree branch from my neighbour’s tree overhanging into my garden, and the team did an outstanding job removing it. They were friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. What really stood out was how clean they left everything – my garden was absolutely spotless afterwards. The quote was also very reasonable, especially for the quality of work they delivered. I’m really happy with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and affordable tree work.

  Tree reduction and shaping

  I feel the quote didn't reflect the work carried out re the height removed from the tree. The reasoning was explained to me by the team. The team themselves were polite and tidy. My reason for the bad review is the unwarranted rudeness from Peter the owner, while speaking to him on the phone, definitely not acceptable.

  This is the first time that I have been accused of rudeness. I challenge anybody to find a customer of mine who would agree with this comment! I merely described the health reasons for careful crown reduction as quoted vs pollarding to a smaller size.

  Large Trees Cutting Back

  We had 3 very large trees in our back garden that needed to be cut down by at least a third. Peter came and gave us a very compatible quote and completed the work for us on an agreed date. His team were incredibly skilful in what they did and very accommodating to our needs and requirements on the day. Peter and his team were also very knowledgeable about trees and plants in general. They were also good in taking all of the waste away and cleaning up the garden afterwards. Apart from the obvious improvements, you wouldn’t know they had been there.

  Crown reduction of beech tree

  Shane Adam and Troy were utterly professional and knowledgeable. Pete was also very very helpful. Wished we'd used them before! We give them a gold star and will only use them from now on.

  Large tree and stump removed

  We had a very large Leyland cypress to be removed from the garden. They quoted swiftly, the price was reasonable. The communication ahead of time was good, they came when they said they would and did a great job. They cleaned up afterwards. No complaints.

  Tree pruning

  Our pine tree required a height reduction and pruning. Peter came round initially to discuss our wishes and to recommended options. On the day the work was carried out, he came with two colleagues to brief them on the work required. As per our request, they cut up and left the larger branches in a pile for us for our open fire, and then shredded all the smaller branches off site. The guys were very pleasant and efficient throughout, and tidied up the garden afterwards. We are very happy with the result and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thoroughly recommended.
