Very efficient and professional service at a fair rate. Communication was excellent and the job was carried out exactly as agreed and as expected. Its a very friendly team and have no hesitation in recommending the service.

At the outset Jonathan was the epitome of quiet courteous efficiency. During his job assessment I asked if he could leave the woodchips as I wanted to cover a “bald patch” . On seeing its size he offered to bring and spread extra chips and only charged me when I insisted that he do so. He did the job with quiet efficiency and phoned to ask me to check his work on finishing but I was unavailable at the time. He phoned to check again that evening and when I mentioned that I would have liked the bottom trimmed a little higher he came back the next morning (8.00 Sunday) to comply with my request!

All work was carried out very well and exactly as requested. Punctual, helpful, polite and left everything tidy. They are our regular garden maintenance company and we will be booking with them again next year.

Arborcare Tree Services were most reliable and helpful. The work was completed on time with no problems. Jonathan Ball also undertook gaining the necessary permission from Network Rail and always kept me up to date on a protracted process.
