This is the third project Alan has completed for me and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result! I had an awful old porch which he demolished and has now built a fab new brick one. He also had the roofer, plumber and electrician well organised to do their bit when required too. The work also entailed removing ann inner concrete steps, putting in a new concrete floor and expert moving of gas pipes. Alan’s work is to an extremely high standard and he always listens and delivers for the customer. So many of my neighbours have said what an excellent job he has done and I highly recommend him!

Alan was very polite and professional and provided a very competitive quote to demolish and re-build our front porch. As the project progressed, Alan found very innovative solutions to potential problems and was very keen to make sure we were happy with the work as it progressed. We are already thinking about future projects that we would like Alan to take on. We would like to thank Alan for all his hard work.

We are so pleased with the work that Alan has carried out on our house. We desperately needed an extra bedroom, and with all the stress and worry we’d put ourselves through thinking we’d have to move was all put to rest, when Alan converted a large bedroom into two. Communication was great throughout and the work was completed ahead of schedule. There was minimal disruption and everything was left very tidy. We’ll definitely use Alan again for any future work and will recommend him to anyone else that needs work doing. Thank you so much!

Alan accepted a second plastering job at my home and this time it was to remove an old brickwork banister and replace it with a new spindle variety. He also plastered my whole hallway, which certainly required skill and precision due to the many corners and fiddly areas! Alan’s work was, once again, excellent and wonderfully neat. He’s very tidy and always cleans up afterwards extremely well. Alan is always so very polite and friendly and I’m so pleased with the work he has done! I will definitely be inviting him back to do other work for me!
