Engineer (Declan) arrived at expected time. He was polite, friendly and respected my property. Professional and work carried out to a high standard. Would recommend.

We're so happy with the new boiler. John came the week before the work to survey. He clearly explained what needed to be done, how long it would take and a breakdown of the cost. His manner was very reassuring and trustworthy. The lads who did the work were first class. Gary was there on Monday and got through so much on his own. He was joined by Dave and Dec on Tuesday. Top quality , thank you 👏👌. It probably wasn't as straightforward as first thought but they did a class job. Neat and tidy, cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended.

Guys absolutely great, friendly, hardworking and very accommodating. They were very patient with us and talked us through the operating instructions until we understood. We had a new boiler installed in a different location, hot water put into difficult places where only cold water was before & a couple of radiators and piping replaced along with a thorough clean out of existing radiators. They even managed to make sure we had water & heating when they left for the day so we would not be cold. Thank you Aquila for a first class job, and quite frankly making it a very pleasant experience
