Asa came to discuss our requirements and to agree the work to be done. He presented a detailed estimate and a schedule of payments. When we needed to make changes a new estimate was produced and agreed before work began. The work was carried out in an efficient and customer-friendly manner, work sites kept clean, and old trays and enclosures stacked out of the way outside the house and removed on the last day of work. We are completely satisfied with the result.
