I have used AQUEOUS before and have always been more than satisfied with their high standard of work. Antonio is a truly delightful person, always polite and friendly. The appointment was easily made and Antonio was punctual and found my new home without difficulty. He works quickly but thoroughly and obviously knows carpets and rugs and has considerable empathy with them. Items of furniture were readily moved and after the rugs had dried completely he carefully reorganised all the relevant items of furniture with minimum inconvenience to myself when moving around the lounge.
