Quickly assessed problems. Ordered part and returned to do the job

I rang Andrew and he was with me within half an hour. I was so relieved as had no cold water and loo wasn't filling to flush. He quickly and efficiently resolved the problem and gave me advice on future problems. Very fair price for a job well done. Andrew was quick to contact me, visit and work out the problems. He provided the most suitable solutions, provided knowledge in terms of tips for the future. Andrew fitted a new stopcock, replacing piping, new kitchen tap valves and a new shower. He helped to find the most cost effective solution with leaking shower. We also found over the weekend we'd had a leak under our kitchen floorboards, Andrew came out on the weekend to repair the leak, again with the least interruption.

Andrew arrived at the agreed time, assessed the problem quickly, obtained the necessary parts promptly and then got on with the work. The job took longer than expected, but Andrew didn't leave until he'd completed all the work. He was polite and friendly throughout, and he left everything clean and tidy. I'm very happy with the work and believe he charged a very fair price for everything he did. I would certainly contact Andrew for future jobs and would definitely recommend him to others.
