  New cloakroom

  I worked with Aquasmith to install a downstairs cloakroom/loo in a Victorian terraced house. To be frank, it turned out better than I had anticipated/envisioned. Mitchell and the team took the time to understand the project and the challenges with the small size. The communication was quick/responsive from the beginning and throughout. Mitchell also went with me to buy tiles/hardware/fittings which saved a lot of time and trial/error on what would work. The project moved quicker than I anticipated and the daily progress was impressive. I would recommend and work with Aquasmith again.

  Expertise and communication

  We needed sink and bathroom changed to one with a shower, sink and w.c., along with renovating a w.c.. Mitchell very effectively assessed what would work best and advised on fittings and tiles, from both an aesthetic and practical point-of-view. He had an overview of the project throughout. Damian undertook the work and his expertise, precision and experience all came into play, especially with the tiling. He was very courteous and communicative and also adaptable at working with or around other trades. The end result was wonderful. Highly recommended.

  Exceptional from Start to Finish

  As someone in my late seventies living alone, I approached the installation of a new bathroom with anxiety. I need not have. From start to finish, Aquasmith proved to be exemplary. At the planning stage and throughout the project, Mitchell responded to emails and telephone calls promptly, arrived for appointments on time and, in addition, guided me through the choice and purchasing of the fixtures and fittings: calm and reassuring in manner throughout. Over the two weeks when the old bathroom was removed and the new one installed, Jacek arrived everyday on time, working tirelessly

  We have used Aquasmith previously to renovate our family bathroom and the team did a stellar job so we had no hesitation in going with Mitch and team for a bigger job downstairs, converting our garage into a mudroom, home gym and refurbing our downstairs bathroom. The work was done to a high quality, in time and to budget - with excellent communication and responsiveness throughout - what else can you ask for! We would highly recommend Mitch, Toni and their teams (and have done to friends and family) and we will use them again for further work.

  Outstanding Workmanship

  My shower unit needed replacing and I decided to use Aquasmith because of the very positive reviews it has received. Mitchell assisted me to find a suitable door and base, and Damian subsequently installed it. I have to say I was astonished at the quality of the workmanship: Damian carried out the work very professionally and to a very high standard. Removing one shower and installing another is a rather messy job, but Damian left the house very clean and tidy afterwards. I am very impressed with this company and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

  Fantastic service and quality

  Mitchell was very helpful and transparent throughout my bathroom renovation: measuring up in advance, providing excellent advice, accompanying me to the bathroom shop to select appropriate fixtures that would work in my space and following up with suppliers to ensure delivery. The quality of the work in the bathroom by Damian is exceptional; no detail was too small, he was careful and accommodating in a small flat, hardworking, precise, tidy, and made sure I was content with all decisions before proceeding. I can’t thank Aquasmith enough for the beautiful transformation of my bathroom!
