Paul was exceedingly prompt in responding to my initial request. He came round to look at our leaking pond and provided a quote within a few days. He was patient while we waited for other companies to come back with their quotes. Paul and Ellie did a really good job emptying the pond and keeping wildlife safe. Weather was appalling and due to the size & weight of surrounding stones it was a tough job. Everything was completed as discussed, frog and newts safely returned to pond with trimmed plants. Paul returned later to remove a large, unwanted cement block.

Paul has been fantastic in helping us to repair several leaks in our pond. We also took the chance to add a coating to the pond walls and base to help prevent future leaks. The final result is really lovely - the fish stand out against the darker background which looks really nice. Paul took great care of our fish while the work was being carried out, providing a mobile tank and air pumps to ensure they had sufficient oxygen. Thanks again for a great service - the pond is looking really lovely.

Always responded to messages quickly and organised a time to come around and give us a very competitively priced quote quickly as well. Did the job well and didn't take too long either. Looking forward to seeing our cherry laurels grow into a nice barrier hedge!

Paul was very friendly and easy to work with. He was able to work around our schedule and made some good suggestions to improve our garden plan. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard, whilst charging a reasonable amount (especially compared to some others!). A lot of hard graft in hot weather conditions, but still completed the work on time. Would strongly recommend 👍🏼

Paul has provided a fantastic service to help us tackle the cleaning and restoration of a very large pond. He planned and managed the work very efficiently and handled the various challenges that the job presented really well. He has a vast knowledge of pond maintenance and fish care is always very happy to give advice and guidance. He has lovely staff and family members who can help with larger tasks if needed and nothing is too much trouble for him. It has been a pleasure working with him and we are all very pleased with the final results as our pond now looks really lovely again.
