  Prompt, friendly and fixed the issue

  We contacted Micky as we had water coming into our lounge and kitchen. He came round quickly and replaced the split hopper and unblocked the drainpipe and a 2nd hopper/drainpipe that was overflowing. Micky is polite and very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
