  Fantastic job carried out by Anthony to repair my roof. He is very personable, reliable and takes great pride in his work and is meticulous. Very good communication from initial contact to booking in the job. He was recommended to me by a neighbour and wouldn't hesitate to pass on my recommendation.

  Leak repaired due to defective guttering

  Excellent company - came round promptly and identified the cause of the leak through our patio door. Remedial work to replace guttering carried out at a good price. Quality of work excellent and great to deal with. Also checked flat roofs for other potential issues which was very reassuring.Definitely recommend.

  Spot slate roof repair

  Came very quickly to message. I had a leak coming through the kitchen. Was friendly and polite, covered shoes when entering house. Was honest when talking about condition of roof. Identified cracked slate and filled. They made it clear it was only a temporary solution which I accepted. Because it was only a small repair, charged me less than usual rate which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the ceiling was leaking again within the week. Messaged about this but no response. Also didn’t receive quote for guttering which I was told would be sent.

I apologize for the delay in providing the quote, which occurred during a period of exceptionally high demand leading up to Christmas. I understand how this would have been frustrating and take responsibility for the lack of timely communication. Regarding the slate issue, we were unable to replace it as initially discussed due to the potential presence of asbestos. For safety reasons, only a temporary seal could be completed rather than a permanent repair. As a result, the work was not charged at the full rate. I appreciate the

  Requested a quote via CheckaTrade and were in touch within minutes. Came out same day to check a leak on our garage roof. Did the repair there and then at a very competitive rate. Showed us a step-by-step photo montage of what the issue was and what repairs they did to repair it. Very happy with the service and professionalism. Would highly recommend Aquaproof Roofing and would not hesitate to use them again for any future roofing requirements.

  Friendly, honest and far prices

  You know when you a desperate to find an honest, friendly roofer who gives good advice and charges fair prices? These guys are it. I have used them 3 times now and have really high level of trust. All work is carried out swiftly and efficiently. They came out at short notice for a big hole in my roof. They gave me advice about re-roofing but don't do it themselves so I could feel safe about what they were saying. Thoroughly recommend them.

  Professional and efficient

  We were not alone when Storm Floris struck and blew down our climbing rose bush. Unfortunately the weight of the bush also took down our main drain pipe too with part of the pipe hanging over into the nighbours garden. I sent some pictures to Aquaproof and Anthony called back in no time and felt he could fix it and preserve the old rose bush at the same time. They arrived the following day and they were aa good as their word and completed the job in under an hour for a very reasonable cost. Thank you.
