Hot Water Cylinder Repair

Chris was extremely helpful, he quickly arranged to visit to establish the problem with our hot water boiler and the work was carried out as soon as the parts arrived. He was friendly and extremely reassuring explaining the problem and advising the best methods moving forward. Would highly recommend.

Really helpful service. Came and viewed the issue, provided support on options available. Replacement part was fitted successfully. Being in a flat that isn’t on the ground floor is always a worry with leaks and water. Chris was great.

Partially blocked toilet

Chris replied quickly to my email and visited promptly the next day.Toilet was very difficult to unblock but Chris was very patient and used different tools until toilet was completely clear. Chris was very covid aware and wore a mask and Gloves throughout his visit.He is a very experienced plummer and I will be using him again for some tap replacements.

Leaking kitchen mixer tap

Chris answered the phone promptly and was able to visit the following day, despite it being the week before Christmas. Chris warned us that he may not be able to fix the issue as it was described and that he would have to charge us the call out fee regardless. Some washers were replaced and the mixer still leaks but is much improved. Chris advised the issue would be that the inside of the mixer had been scratched, preventing a proper seal, and would have to be replaced in order to fully remedy the leak. Courteous, tidy and honest, can't really say fairer than that.
