We contacted Sham after we had a small leak in our bathroom. Sham removed and retiled our bathroom floor, replaced our shower tray with a bath and installed a new radiator, sink unit and toilet. We are delighted with our finished bathroom. Being a very small space, we didn’t think what we wanted would fit in the space, but Sham guided us through the process. He is friendly and professional, and his work is clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend and will use again!

Sham produced a realistic quote and agreed timescale, and stuck to both the whole way through the job. He was courteous, prompt, and easy-going every day - he cleared up and left the space outside the work area every evening. No aspect of the job was too much trouble and Sham overcame all the usual obstacles that arise on a job like this with flexibility and good humour, sticking to his quote.
