  Friendly, quick and thorough - highly recommended!

  Jordan was able to come and do our boiler service and gas certificate within 48 hours of me reaching out. We were in a rush due to selling our house and he was communicative, flexible and thorough with the work he did. Jordan was super friendly and a pleasure to deal with, we'll certainly recommend him to our neighbours for their boiler services in the future!

  Leaking boiler

  Jordan seemed like a very nice person when we spoke on the phone and met, very pleasant and friendly. He seemed to remedy the situation and replaced a part with a full service to the tune of £450. A few weeks later the boiler began leaking again and I made contact with no response. I tried several times over the past few months as the issue with our boiler has escalated and they had been no response. His number now don’t work and I had to get another plumber in this morning who said the boiler needs completely replacing. He said that Jordan and Aquanaut should have seen the real issue

  Complete bathroom refurbishment with a wet room and a new bath

  Jordan has done an excellent job over two and a half days. It involved complete refurbishment of a bathroom, with changed location for the bath, washbasin, radiator and toilet and a new wet room. It was a demanding job with a lot of fitting in rather limited space. It also had to be done with particular care because of the age of the property. The job was done with amazing speed, very tidy and absolutely perfect in every respect. A year on we are absolutely delighted and would wholeheartedly recommend Jordan.

  From start to finish Jordan was amazing! With no central heating or hot water Jordan prioritised the repairs and got us warm again. The service was outstanding - Jordan identified the problems, provided a quote and purchased the parts within a few days and then fitted them working until 8pm in the evening. He's friendly, reassuring and tidy. I would definitely recommend him.

  Jordan and his team were Skilled, Neat and tidy, efficient and courteous. Jordan is highly knowledgeable and kept us appraised at all steps from first visit to assess the issue, through to final install.
