Tom supplied and installed us with a Water Softener. He did a great job and even sorted out some other pipe work issues we had with the washing machine while he was at him. We’d definitely use him again.

The old water softener was replace quickly and efficiently. The work area was kept clean and tidy at all times. When installed the new softener worked well and the water was much more efficient than our old one which is a very good thing. Tom was always helpful and informative and kept us informed on the progress of the works.

This was the second water softener we have had fitted by Tom from Aqualogic - this time in our Summer House. After having been skeptical before the first, we now wouldn’t go without one (well not in a hard water area like ours!). What it costs to run is more than covered by the savings in cleaning products, descaling and time! Great advice and service - would highly recommend.

I recently had a water softener installed, and the service was outstanding. Tom arrived right on time and was incredibly professional. He clearly explained how the system works and answered all my questions with a friendly, helpful attitude. What really stood out was how clean he kept the workspace. He used floor protectors and left the area spotless once the job was finished. It’s rare to see that level of care and attention to detail. The installation was stress-free and handled with total expertise. I highly recommend this team for their top-tier service!

What started as a leaking pipe turned in to a new kitchen. Tom found and cured the leak quickly but as one of my cabinets was not salvageable I decided on a whole new kitchen Tom project managed the whole operation along with an amazing carpenter/kitchen fitter called Mark. Tom sent in great tradespeople in each profession and all of them were great, friendly efficient. If you want a great plumber, kitchen or bathroom fitter do not hesitate to call Tom. he is a great plumber and very friendly person, definitely 5star
