Tom responded promptly to fix a central heating pipe that I'd managed to drill through whilst "repairing" a wobbly floorboard. He's a really friendly guy who sorted the problem quickly and expertly including tidying up afterwards and actually finishing off my job. Highly recommend.

The job was simple, anyway Tom did it quickly and precisely. I expect the kitchen sink waste system will be solid for a long time now.

They communicated very well. We were informed about each step of the process. They had very good relationship with the water board so were able to get the work passed efficiently.

Water pressure in our flat was terrible in the kitchen and separately the shower was not running hot. Tom came round firstly to quote and diagnose the problem. He identified that it was just a bad kitchen tap that was the cause of the poor water pressure and the shower was scaled up causing the lack of hot water. Tom arranged to return the following week and completed the work to a very high standard. Very happy with the work completed and the price paid too.
