Daniel responded very quickly and swiftly set about understanding the issue, identifying the integrity of the hot and cold water supplies and freeing a firmly stuck supply valve. Having correctly determined where the problem lay he set about resolving it ... and succeeded. His account for completing the work represented excellent value for me. Daniel kept in regular touch with me right from the start. He was always very friendly, approachable professional and efficient. He gave very clear information at all times and offered me choices to suit my needs and budget. He thoroughly explained his estimate. He always arrived on time with his colleague and they did everything we agreed and more. They worked hard the whole day and cleared up thoroughly afterwards.
