I had some damp proofing work done to one of my bedroom walls by KSM Remedial Services and I’m really happy with not just the results but the whole package that came with it. The team were professional, explained everything clearly, helped move all the various items for me and kept the area tidy while they worked. The walls look great now and the damp issue seems fully sorted. Would definitely recommend them if you need damp remedial work done. It was a pleasure to have them.

I highly recommend KSMremedialservices. They assessed the issue, identified the problem, and sent me a clear, detailed outline and quote for work required to solve the issue. The team prepared the room, to protect the furniture and carpet. The work was carried out efficiently and with care. Damaged plaster was removed, a damp proof course installed, before plastering the wall. Each stage was carried out with care, and precision. Sockets, and cables were reinstated after decorating. You'd never know they had been except the wall looks perfect now! Excellent work carried out with good humour.

After years of mould problems, KSM Remedial Services Ltd completely transformed my home. From the first call to the final finish, the team were outstanding. I used KSM to carry out a damp survey on my property, followed by remedial work for a rising damp issue. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and clear in their communication. The survey Steve did was thorough and the findings were explained in a way I could easily understand. After a strong recommendation we called KSM out for a survey after having issues with mould and damp in several areas through the house. KSM investigated and surveyed our property and we agreed for a PIV unit to be fitted and along with replacement of our extractor fans in our utility, and bathrooms. Then team cleaned the mould away and treated and painted the affected areas. All areas have been finished to a high standard and both Kyle and Mick were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in the house. No hesitation in recommending KSM. I had a constant leak on my central heating system that no plumber could find and was told on many occasions it was my boiler and it needed replacing. They were all wrong Aqua Craft attended and undertook a leak detection survey and found the issue within half an hour and saved me thousands of pounds!
