After 2 delays due to unforeseen circumstances work was started and completed on 2nd August I was very happy with the work until the 7th August when I noticed a leak from the plug behind the pedestal I contacted Ethan on 8th August and was told he would sort it on 9th August I noticed that the waste pipe outside had been damaged so messaged Ethan again he was going to sort it. Unfortunately im still waiting for the problems to be resolved and repaired. Im now so disappointed that I certainly would not recommend this company.

The kitchen sink was fitted however the customer failed to mention that the worktop was being re - wrapped meaning i could not apply a silicone bead around the sink - other then this the sink is fully functional and working - the customer messaged me however at the time I was not working and did not have access to my work phone - I came back to work to this review . I’d still happily go back and apply the bead for free .

Ethan is a polite and courteous young man. He answered any questions I had about the taps and made sure I had the correct fittings. He came at a time that was convenient, even when it had to be rearranged. He carried out both jobs quickly and efficiently and did not overcharge (in comparison to some!). If I need a plumber, I would call on him again.
