I booked the job with Spearman’s for 21/6/25. They assured me they’d be coming between 1-2pm. I’ve not heard anything from him even after a reminder message sent at 2.15pm. No further communication from them about why they didn’t show up.

Service was prompt, reliable, flexible (managed to fit me in early), polite and efficient. Good price too. Highly recommend.

Will was amazing. From first contact to the actual job. I am so pleased with how my hot tub has been cleaned and is now back up and running. Will even went through how to keep it clear and that all the chemicals are used for. Very nice chap who was easy to chat to! Highly recommend!!

They were brilliant, did exactly what they said they would do. Let us know when they would be arriving, they were quick, friendly and very efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
