A positive experience with this company. Luke and Paul were pleasant and informative to deal with. Cleaning carried out and blood stains removed except for two slight marks that still remain as I understood from the outset that these are difficult to remove 100%. Luke from Aqua Bright did such a good job reviving my old lounge rug that I asked him back to refresh one of our mattresses. Best carpet & upholstery cleaners out there! After being highly recommended Aqua Bright by a close connection, I decided to use their services to have our carpets and sofa cleaned professionally for the first time. Luke and Paul were simply amazing and the quality of their work was evident straight away. They are meticulous, thorough and went the extra mile. They used top quality equipment and high quality yet child friendly cleaning material especially as we have a young family. Excellent customer service. Pre visit to check carpet material and any stains , attended week later. Removed the olive oil stain , they were efficient and clearly take pride in their work. Job location: CB5Paul and Luke were friendly and punctual. They explained the work they were going to do and how. Our sofa was cleaned to a great standard, we are very impressed and pleased. They even cleaned up after themselves (including their coffee mugs!)
