Great service, excellent results. I needed a sofa, armchair and carpets deep cleaning and called AquaBright. Luke responded quickly with a quote and appointment after me sending photos of the items to their whatsapp business account. Luke arrived on time and worked solidly throughout the day, happy to answer my questions and explain the cleaning process. He was cheerful and professional and definitely knew his stuff. The results were even better than I expected, carpets and furniture haven't looked or smelled this good since new. We needed several carpets and a really old sofa cleaning. Luke came over and tested all the materials for which product he would need use. He even had a light which showed if there was any dog pee anywhere (there wasn’t). We weren’t planning on keeping the sofa for long once we moved, but he got it looking like new! He is very fastidious and did an excellent and thorough job. He is also a thoroughly nice person and very reasonably priced. A positive experience with this company. Luke and Paul were pleasant and informative to deal with. Cleaning carried out and blood stains removed except for two slight marks that still remain as I understood from the outset that these are difficult to remove 100%.
