Adi was very quick to respond to the initially inquiry and was on time for the appointment. He was efficient in diagnosing the problem with our boiler and very clearly explained the various solutions to the problem along with the pros and cons for each. AQ Plumbing quickly reached out after my enquiry and after a few messages gave me a quote for capping off a gas pipe from an old fireplace. They were able to come to do the work 3 days later which I was pleased with as the work wasn’t urgent. They arrived on time and we’re satisfied with the job, would definitely use this company again!
