  Installation of new Combi Boiler

  I have used Ash for several years. He has repaired our boiler for different reasons over the years trying to help it last! It reached over 15 years thanks to him. He has fixed a pipe leak behind a wall and fit taps. Prior to ordering our new boiler, he was very clear in his explanation of the workings of each one (I hate technology) He always arrives on time and is very respectful of your property. He was here all day, and never took any breaks!! He ensured that I knew how to operate my new Boiler! I will only ever use this company; my neighbours speak highly of him too!

  The first time I contacted A Pugh Heating Ltd Ashley came to see me. He advised me to contact Bosch as the part I needed was a faulty part and was guaranteed for 10 years. He said he could do the job but to ring Bosch which I did and they came and fitted a new part for free. The next time I needed a heating engineer I had no hesitation in ringing Ashley and he came and repaired my problem. Very efficient workmanship and above all an honest guy, thanks again.

  Had our annual boiler service. Ash is very punctual, polite and tidy. Feel very at ease having him in the house. Great value. Wouldn’t use anyone else highly recommended

  Would highly recommend A.Pugh Heating. Had my boiler serviced as I have done for the last 5 years with Ashley, very professional, polite, clean in his work and always on time, what more could you want, and completely fair on price, absolute pleasure to deal with.
