  Excellent service, wouldn’t go anywhere else

  Our pump in the loft stopped working resulting in no pressure. Ashley attended quickly, ordered a replacement pump and had us up & running promptly. Pressure is now amazing. He also serviced our boiler. Am so very impressed not just with his work ethic (messages to give a timescale, always clears any mess and wears shoe covers inside our home) but also the quality of his work which has always been excellent. Highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else for our plumbing & heating needs.

  Ashley is wonderful - highly recommend. He is kind, takes the time to explain what’s what, does the job exactly as agreed, is quick, efficient and very reasonable. We won’t go to another plumber ever again!

  Outstanding service from a pugh heating

  If you're looking for a reliable heating engineer that turns up on time is courteous & gets the job done then look no further than a pugh heating. Serviced our boiler fitted a new radiator & fixed a long standing problem that British gas never could ,and all for a realistic price & left everything spotless. In a nutshell I would thoroughly recommend this company for a great service that's sadly lacking elsewhere & he will definitely be getting my next boiler service.

  Ashley came to service my boiler as he does annually. He is always prompt, reliable and efficient and very helpful at answering any other queries I may have. I would highly recommend him. I feel very confident that my boiler is being looked after properly.
