Andy reached out to me very quickly over a weekend to arrange to have someone out to me by Monday. He kept me updated with timings and communication overall was great. Liam that came to complete the work was both very friendly and informative, and even identified an additional issue we had which he managed to sort for us too. Both lads were a pleasure to deal with and will definitely be using again if needed.

Andy was very communicative regarding the job and asked a lot of questions to ensure he understood the full nature of it. Liam who came the very next day to carry it out was efficient and explained exactly what needed to be changed from the original plan and why. Both incredibly professional and a joy to have involved in my living room refurb. Would certainly recommend.

Andy of APT Plumbing and Heating was very responsive to my enquiry, giving costs and timescales, as requested. He arrived on time, with the required fitments and despite hitting a couple of glitches with our (very old) plumbing system, he knew how to overcome those and everything was completed within a couple of hours. He tidied and cleaned up and the cost was as advised, and very reasonable. I'd have no hesitation in asking Andy back for other work as it's been difficult to find a local plumber that a) responds to enquiries, b) turns up and c) does a good job at a good price.

Absolute diamond if a mind. Turned up on time (in fact early) and only charged lower end of his quote. Quite already cheaper than some others and without a minimum amount quote. Did the job in swift time and followed up itv a thank you for business. Recommended him to my friend and I will be keeping his number

Andy sorted the initial visit very quickly and Liam came the very next morning He was helpful and efficient needed a new valve promptly went to get what he needed came back and sorted the problem Also asked him to look at the pipe outside that was leaking he fixed it no problem Overall the experience was excellent, I would definitely recommend APT plumbing &Heating to anyone

Bathroom upgrade including installing new panels, shower and taps. Would highly recommend Andy, very professional and excellent communication throughout the job to ensure I was happy with the work. My bathroom looks amazing. Thanks so much
