  Bill turned up exactly as arranged to give me a quote to replace a roof tile that had fallen from the roof and broken. He quoted to replace the tile and immediately tracked down the correct replacement. On his return the work was carried out very quickly indeed without further delay, whilst also pointing out other work which I could clearly see needed doing. APS will be my first port of call for any further work that I require in future.

  Bill turned up promptly to give me a quote to replace lead flashing which was hanging away from chimney. He quoted to repair the existing flashing which was a lot less than other quotes who were going to install new flashing Bill and his lads arrived a few days later to carry out the work to a very satisfatory standard and at the same time advised me to havethe chimney repointed which I could see needed doing I would use this company again

  APS Roofing were competitive on the price quoted and completed the work on the agreed date. I am very happy with the work done. They were efficient and tidy. I'll certainly bear the in mind for any future work on roof or gutters

  Billy has completed three jobs for me over the last 6 months. A gutter repair, replacement of fascia’s, and a small roof repair. Two of these jobs led to him discovering the solutions to far bigger problems I was having inside the house, so he has saved me from a LOT of hassle and potential expense down the line. The roof repair he has just completed had all sorts of related issues (repointing walls, fixing wall tiles, replacing rotten window frames, etc). Him and his two sons worked hard, great communication throughout, excellent standard finish, and cleaned up after. 10/10
