I’m disappointed with the service I received. I wasn’t told about a call-out charge when I first called. The engineer was not very friendly and didn’t clearly explain costs before starting work. He replaced the temperature sensor but didn’t test the machine before leaving. I paid £65, but the error code was still there afterwards. When I contacted him, I was told it could be the control panel, costing £235 more. I’m unhappy the issue wasn’t fixed or properly checked before I was charged.

Thank you for that review as I tried my best. The error code coming up on your machine was telling me that it needed a new sensor so i replaced that sensor opening that would do the job which I did tell you at the house when I was there that it could possibly be your control board which are a lot more expensive, but I would have to change the sensor first to find that out. I got you a price for another control board, but it was a bit too expensive so I could not complete the job. It is not my fault and I did not charge you a callout I charged you for labour and parts.
