I have used Approved Roofing and Driveways on a number of occasions. James has always responded in a timely manner and the quality of his work has been excellent. His prices are reasonable and he always makes sure he does that bit more to ensure there are no other issues. He guarantees his work and ensures total satisfaction. Will definitely be using him in the future.

An excellent service provided all round from communication to completion. Nothing seemed like it was a burden. Very fair in pricing also.

Very punctual, good communication and fixed a bunch of extra little hole whilst they were up there. definitely going with these guys again!

James came out the same day to assess the damage. He gave us various solutions to the problem and carried out the repair the same day. We mentioned another problem with condensation in the roof space and he gave us a quote to solve that problem. He is returning later in the week to do that job. Very pleased with the service he provided.

Found James's Approved Roofing company on Checkatrader. Phoned him and he said he would call to assess damage. Arrived a day earlier than expected,assessed what needed to be done and gave a very acceptable price, to which I agreed. Arrived on time next day and set to work. Everything was completed and filmed so that I could see what had been done. No mess,no delays,no fuss. Absolutely trustworthy and efficient. Later that day I received a receipt,which includes a guarantee and all was done and dusted. Can't speak highly enough of James,his company and his work.

Contacted this company about having a replacement roof as my roof was leaking, they came out very quickly to quote me, they sent me an invoice with the agreed work to be carried out and the price it would cost, they started work very quickly as they put me on an emergency list due to having a leaking roof, it took 4 days for them to complete my new roof, there time keeping was brilliant, they kept me informed during the whole process of what was happening and took videos and photos to show the roofs progress, work is top quality, and they tided up all the mess after, would highly recommend
