We previously had work done in the bathroom by someone else but the issue wasn't resolved and there was another blockage. Alan went to the flat quickly and the work was completed as a matter of urgency. I rent out the property and the situation was extremely stressful, but Alan went above & beyond to be reassuring, calm and helpful throughout. He then went back again very quickly when there was a further issue.
