I have used Neil at Approved several times. I’ve always been happy with his work. Especially recently when he fitted me a new boiler at short notice. After being let down by Swale heating after our radiators and boiler weren’t working, we were given Neil’s number. He contacted me within an hour and came round later that afternoon. Diagnosed the problem straight away and within the hour had fixed the problem and got our hearing back up and running again! Life saved me given the freezing temperatures outside !
