I first contacted David on the 22nd June via Check a Trade and today 10th July the work was completed on my 96 year old Dad's porch, David and his Dad worked tirelessly to make good the rotten wood to make it look like new, we are so pleased with it and would not hesitate in recommending David, David is very professional but also easy to get along with nothing was too much trouble and he did a few extra bits and bobs for us, David turns up when he says he will spot on time and leaves no mess when job completed, will certainly use him again for any further work required.

David and his team recently replaced my conservatory roof they also put a new ceiling to it and painted the walls, they also repaired a brick wall in my front garden. They did a fantastic job very professional and I would highly recommend.

David is a very polite, punctual, and the work he carries out he dies to perfection. Myself and my family have recommended David to numerous of people. The work he does you couldn't ask for better and his prices are very reasonable. 5 stars all round and his only demand is a cup of tea 😁

Absolutely brilliant and professional service from David and his team starting from our initial contact right up to the finish. David provided us with a quote within days of his first visit and was quick to reply to any questions we had. David and his team arrived promptly, worked efficiently and were a pleasure to have around. I cannot fault his attention to detail and we are very pleased we our complete bathroom refit, new understairs cupboard and front garden wall. We will gladly have him back again for future renovations.

I am happy to recommend Approved Building Solutions. I urgently needed to instal double glazing in the bathroom in the very cold December weather. They came very quickly to see what was needed, and within two weeks they were able to fit the new window. I was impressed by the way they immediately understood my needs for the project, and by the speed and efficiency of their work. They also removed all the rubbish and left the room spotless afterwards.
