I was very pleased with the work A P Property Preservations carried out. We had a damp issue. I called Andrew and he came round the next day to take a look. He is clearly very knowledgeable about damp and quickly identified the issue and advised of the appropriate remedy. The work commenced a few weeks later, taking a couple of days. Andrew and the team were always on time and communication was excellent. I was very happy with job. It even came in slightly under the initial quote. All in all, a reliable, professional service was provided. I would not hesitate to use these guys again

I would like to thank Andrew and the team for the excellent work they have done. The project included damp course treatment and replastering, removal of an internal wall with structural steel installed in accordance with building regulations, removal of a rotten timber floor and replacement with an insulated concrete floor, opening up a fireplace ready for a log burner, blocking up an additional fireplace, blocking up two internal doors, and creating a new internal doorway supported by a concrete lintel. All work was completed to a high standard, and we are very pleased with the results.

AP Property Presevation came over as soon as he could, was super helpful and friendly and gave me some great advice on next steps. Need to sort out a builder next but will be calling AP Property back for the woodworm treatment as soon as I am ready.
