Thoroughly professional. Andrew diagnosed our damp problem and scheduled the work quickly and efficiently. It was all done with the minimum disruption possible and the wider team of plasterer, carpenter and electrician were all equally professional and pleasant as well. Great experience and highly recommend company.

Faultless! Andrew and his team were all absolutely brilliant - tidy, respectful and a pleasure to have around. Andrew is so knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem and offer helpful guidance on a few other damp issues we were facing. We had terrible efflorescence which (fingers crossed) looks to be completely resolved and the replastering was done with no mess. Highly recommend.

From start to conclusion of our various challenges over a monthwith condensation and mould in the Flat Andrew has been terrific. we did not know him till now and his approach, commuincation, technical knowledge, customer service and attention to helping us with other services (electrician) to complet the work was second to none. we are landlords who do not live near our flat and therefore needed someone we could trust and rely on and he delivered. his approach to the Tenant was polite, empathetic and supportive and gave us great confidence that things were being sorted.

Andrew knows his trade, and is very experienced. He quoted accurately, and arranged the work at a time that suited us both. A very good experience.

I was petrified having had two leaks before then again finding some dreadful black mould on a wall in a room I hadn’t used for a while. I felt my huge leak had returned and decided to have a damp survey as I was so worried. Andy came over next day. I can only say he is an absolute life saver, he had a damp meter and found my mould was from bad ventilation, the leak hadn’t returned. Andy kindly checked all my rooms with his meter which really put my mind at ease. Andy was an absolute gentleman, explained everything, trustworthy and kind.
