Tony, the engineer, did a great job fitting a new glass in the oven door. He kept us up to date via text/telephone and was able to make the appointment earlier as another job got cancelled. He educated us on what we needed to do after he completed his work. Would definitely recommend the service of Appliancetek as it is important to support local and small businesses. I had a great experience with this company. They asked for a recording of the noise my washer was making. Jess ran this by her engineering team, tgey made some suggestions to try before booking a call-out. I followed the suggestions. The machine is no longer making those sounds, and working perfectly.
