Initially Dishant was very helpful, however he quoted me over £115 for a replacement oven switch, when I found one for £15. He explained ApplianceTEK's warranty would not cover the part, but would be happy to fit it for me. After fitting, he told me everything was working, but to contact him if there were any issues. I used the oven the day after to discover he had re-wired the switch incorrectly as the grill was coming on when using the fan assisted oven. I contacted him, however he was rude & dismissive about the work he had carried out. Strongly recommend you do not use this company.

Good communication, punctual, knowledgeable, reliable

The engineer, Dishant Chauhan, was very professional. He clearly knew what he was doing and communicated very clearly. I have no hesitation in recommending.

As of now , despite an appointment made for today nobody has bothered to turn up. Job already paid for

Very easy too book, good communication with engineer and confirmed before they arrived, also very good rate for the job they carried. Will defo use again. 👍
