Washing machine repair - he called, fixed a price (and honored it) and ordered part. We had agreed Tuesday and part arrived late but he still came later that evening to fix instead of Wednesday which was much appreciated because the user is largely housebound

Mr Wahedi helpfully came the same day and after 6pm so I didn’t need to take time off. He confirmed the washing machine couldn’t be repaired but helpfully disconnected it so I can now order a new one.
