  I would highly recommend appliance repairs direct. On the day of the appointment, Mark contacted us to let us know his ETA. Mark resolved the problem and ensured the washing machine was re-fitted correctly. Friendly, helpful service. 10/10.

  The tradesman attended on the date/ time arranged and was polite, friendly and courteous Unfortunately I was told that the dishwasher had been repaired, however after using it twice, it broke down again

  I contacted the above firm when water leaked from my machine, and received a sympathetic and efficient response. Ian, of Appliance Repairs Direct, kept me informed of when he was likely to arrive and gave my washing machine a thorough check before confirming what I suspected, that I needed a new machine (it is 19 years old). He was very honest, and did not try to persuade me to have an expensive repair when it wasn't worth it.

  Repairing spin function on washing machine

  Appliance repairs Direct responded quickly to my request for help, and very quickly diagnosed the problem. The job was speedily and efficiently carried out, and I was delighted to have the space underneath the machine cleaned out at the same time, as I had been unable to do it myself. Despite being 19 years old, the machine is now working perfectly well, and I am very pleased with the result.
