  Paul was friendly and efficient. He identified the problem and was able to replace the failed parts immediately. He quoted what I felt was a reasonable price once he had diagnosed the fault. The oven is working well now.

  Great communication in advance of appt identifying part needed for repair so when Paul came he could complete the job immediately. Called in advance of coming on the date we agreed and completed quickly once here

  Efficient and reasonable price

  Paul fixed the washing machine on the same day, replacing a dodgy motor. The price was reasonable and everything felt very efficient. Would definitely ask Paul to come back if any of our other appliances break!

  To replace an element on a combination oven

  When contacting Paul, he was very professional and oncexi had explained the issue he was able to give me an idea what the issue was and an approximate cost to repair it. Throughout the process he kept me informed, arrived at site at the agreed time and completed the work in a timely and professional manner and as per the quote, he gave me for the work prior to commencing the job.
