10 Prompt and efficient repair

I don't normally do reviews but I have made an exception here. I contacted Paul who came out the same day, ordered a replacement part for my oven, came back two days later and fitted the new part. Job location: B36Brilliant service - Paul arrived when he said he would and gave us an update as to when he expected to be with us which is so good in a world of no-shows. He took the covers off our AEG washer / drier and with a few applications of his meter knew exactly what the problem was. He had the part on his van so fixed the machine on the spot. He put covers down to protect the floor and took quite a bit of time levelling the machine. Price was very good. Clearly he takes care in what he does. We need a new dishwasher and rather than having store monkeys fit it, I've asked Paul to do it.10 Superstar

Most repairs are done on the same day as we stock a large number of parts, however occasionally one may have to be ordered, and we will return the next convenient time.
If the appliance is beyond repair, we won't charge you just offer some expert advice on a replacement machine at a competitive price, which we will install /remove/dispose.
