Martin was very quick to respond and despite listing the job in Friday evening was at my door before 10:00 the following day. They quickly confirmed the fault was actually not with the oven but with the plug socket, he had a spare on hand and replaced at a very reasonable price. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it without any hassle, and the machine has been running perfectly since. Fast, reliable, and professional work.
