    engineer visited promptly as promised. he diagnosed the fault within 30 minutes after testing all parts of the appliance. this allowed me to source the part and fit this myself which fixed the machine. reliable, honest, knowledgeable and a very fair price for the diagnostics. very pleased, thank you

    Iā€™m extremely happy with the service I received. The engineer who came to fix my appliance was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and completed the repair efficiently. Everything is now working perfectly.
