  Tumble dryer repair

  If i could give less than zero stars I would! Absolute joke. Danny came and looked at the dryer, said he'd need to order a belt and come back to fit it. I paid him his call out charge plus the money for the part. Despite me messaging him and calling him he has never returned to do the job despite taking the money for the part. All I received from him were sarcastic replies to messages when I'd taken time off work to be home when he was expected to come. Avoid at all costs and use somebody that will actually do what they promise! Disgraceful service. Should not be allowed on this platform.

  Oven grill repair

  From the start communication was an issue as I had to chase for confirmation he was attending the first appointment as scheduled. Arrived and needed to order a part. After several chase ups by myself and via the agency he eventually returned but the new part caused a secondary issue and now my oven fan is permanently on (very noisy), said needed another part. Since then impossible to pin down. Several dates arranged and not turned up, phone straight to voicemail, many texts before response. Have finally got a partial refund. 2 months later, and oven is worse than before he came.

  Arrived early and gave an ETA and was quick, tidy and due to an easier repair than expected he tested and balanced the machine too. Very happy with this level of service.

  Fixed our cooker element

  Dan did a great job. He fixed our cooker element. He came very quickly after i made an inquiry about his availability and what the issue was. The price was great and I would definitely recommend friends and family to use Dan in the future.

  Oven repair

  Danny was great. He was quick to sort a day to come and do the job and kept me updated on any delays (traffic related) but still showed up in the timeframe specified. He was very polite and friendly and got cracking to find the problem and solution to fix my oven. He put a fix in place, made sure it was safe, and ordered a new part immediately, for which he gave indication of how long that may take. He then returned to put the full repair in place, did extra to sort another oven fan issue, and made no mess at all. Definitely recommend as reliable, friendly, trustworthy, and speed. Cheers Danny

  Responded showing interest in the job, then when trying to get a date, he did not respond at all....presumably not interested?
